Luminaria Volunteer Crew

Love Luminaria? Be part of the show! Luminaria 2021, co-hosted by the Friends of the University of Alberta Botanic Garden, is looking for volunteers. The event runs from November 27 through January 9, so there are many opportunities to take part.  All volunteers receive two free Luminaria tickets to use in addition to their volunteer date(s). A food voucher is also provided for each night worked.

The University of Alberta’s policy for visitors requires that anyone attending the U of A Botanic Garden is required to be fully vaccinated. If you are interested in volunteering for Luminaria, you will need to provide proof of vaccination.

If you are a “people person”, with a positive attitude who always has a smile, you are an ideal candidate to volunteer. Online orientation and on-site training will be provided.
